“Home on the Range”
King Ranch casserole (corn tortillas, cheddar, mozzarella, chicken, poblano peppers, and cream sauce garnished with black olives) and vegetarian cheese enchiladas. Served with rice and beans and lemon pie. Iced tea and water.
Barbecued chicken and sausage. Served with macaroni and cheese, sauteed vegetables, ranch beans, cole slaw, and apple cobbler. Iced tea and water.
Beef barbacoa and shredded chicken, cilantro lime rice and pico pinto beans. Served with soft flour tortillas, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, salsa, tortilla chips, and flan. Iced tea and water.
Please note that no special diet or food substitutions are possible. Where applicable, a special vegetarian entrée will be available for those who requested it on the registration form.
The break room will be located in H209 upstairs in Heritage Hall. Coffee, ice water, and hot water will be available, but please provide your own snacks for breaks. Snack and soft drink vending machines are available in Heritage Hall's downstairs east vestibule and J Building’s north vestibule.
